Under the leadership of NYIT’s fourth president, Hank Foley, Ph.D., NYIT has embarked on a strategic planning process involving a broad range of stakeholders. Together, they have mapped out a vision for NYIT that projects dramatic improvements in student outcomes, faculty scholarship, and NYIT’s overall reputation over the next three to five years. That means taking advantage of the more than 3,000 skilled faculty and staff members we already have on board, and recruiting energetic, innovative thinkers to help revamp our institution and 21st-century education on a global scale.
