With 25 years of building teams at Fortune 500 Companies such as ADP, Oracle, and SAP, Robert Anderson uses his advisory skills to support sales and chief revenue officers and early-stage startups. With a background scaling and successfully exiting companies like Fieldglass (SAP Acquired), Concur (SAP Acquired), and DCR (Coupa Acquired), Anderson left corporate during COVID. Since then, he has helped Guiderails to a private placement with a PE firm and Calculi to be acquired by the large financial firm that was its largest client. Currently with holdings in the Bio Tech, Consumer Product Group (CPG), and the security industry.

Kevin Fried

Google

As Google’s managing director of retail, overseeing branded apparel and durables clients, Kevin Fried is an industry insider and AI innovator, partnering with top brands to transform their marketing and growth strategies. With deep expertise in the retail landscape and a passion for translating complex tech into actionable insights, Fried is a sought-after speaker and published author who demystifies AI for everyone.

Prior to joining Google in 2013, he spent seven years at Monster Worldwide, where he led the lead generation and consumer advertising business as the vice president of advertising sales. He earned his M.B.A. from the Johnson School at Cornell University and his B.S. in Advertising from New York Institute of Technology. He currently lives in New York and spends the majority of his time with his wife, Samara, and three children, Alexandra, Emily, and Andrew.

Karen Magovern

Karen Magovern’s career spans more than 40 years dedicated to the Clinical Medical Laboratory Industry. Early years spent working as a clinical chemist, general supervisor and lab manager provided invaluable experience and sparked a drive to implement operational excellence. Using her technical experience, she launched her own laboratory equipment and supply distribution business dedicated to servicing the physician office laboratory market. She owned and operated her business for 27 years which was ultimately acquired by McKesson Corp in 2012. Magoven has been dedicated to operational excellence, efficiencies and customer centric solutions servicing the medical laboratory market both in her own business and ultimately for McKesson in a large corporate environment.

As Senior Director of Lab Services for McKesson Corporation Magovern built a support team and a service mModel supporting laboratory implementation on a national level. This model supported all new lab equipment implementations in the hospital, reference laboratory, health systems and large group practice markets.

Her role at McKesson was as a subject matter expert that supported operational initiatives and processes supporting best lab outcomes for patient care. She celebrated her retirement in 2024

Chris Manteria

Coldwell Banker American Homes

Chris Manteria serves as the chief technology officer for Coldwell Banker American Homes, where he manages the technical strategy for a massive operation of 1,100 agents across 20+ locations, handling over $3B in annual real estate transactions.

His approach to technology is that of a “conductor.” Rather than focusing solely on code, Manteria orchestrates the specific tools and platforms that allow agents to close deals efficiently without increasing their workload.

Manteria brings a distinct advantage to the board: a non-traditional path to the C-Suite. Holding a B.A. in English from New York Tech rather than a standard Computer Science degree, he specializes in bridging the gap between complex technical systems and practical business applications. He leverages this background to translate high-level strategy into clear, actionable directives for non-technical stakeholders.

As an alumnus, Manteria is focused on mentorship for the College of Engineering and Computing Sciences. He aims to work directly with students in the startup incubator program to accelerate their trajectory, shorten their learning curve, and help them avoid common early-stage pitfalls.
