Athletics and Recreation

Bring Your Energy. Find Your Game.

Whether you’re looking to compete, stay active, meet new people, or simply take a break from classwork, we have something for you.

Our athletics and recreation programs offer students of all interests and skill levels opportunities to try something new, challenge themselves, and be part of a vibrant campus community. Through a growing variety of recreational activities, intramural sports, and athletic opportunities, we’re bringing new energy to campus life while supporting student wellness, teamwork, and school spirit. No matter your experience or ability, there’s a place for you to play, participate, and thrive.

Sprint Football

We are currently recruiting student-athletes for New York Tech’s first Sprint Football team, part of the Collegiate Sprint Football League (CSFL). Sprint football follows traditional NCAA football rules while requiring student-athletes to compete under a designated weight limit of 183 pounds.
