The Old Westbury Community Free Clinic provides primary healthcare services to patients on Tuesday evenings. These services are provided regardless of the patient's insurance or immigration status. We are located at the NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine Riland Academic Health Care Center in Old Westbury, NY.

In addition to the typical in-office visit we offer Telehealth visits for our patients. With a "virtual" Telehealth visit you can have your healthcare concerns addressed from the comfort and safety of your home.
