Residence Halls

NYITCOM students can opt to live on campus at the new Circle apartments, a four-building complex specifically for graduate students with card-based access to the building and apartment with key access to the bedrooms. Students live in one- or two-bedroom units with each bedroom having a walk-in closet and its own private bath with a tub/shower combination. Residents in the two-bedroom units are assigned a roommate, except for those cases where payment is made for the entire apartment unit. Bedrooms contain a full-sized bed, dresser, desk, and chair. Living rooms are furnished with a couch, chair, coffee table, and end tables. Circle apartments include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. Each apartment has its own private balcony/patio. Rent in The Circle apartments includes all breaks so that residents have access during fall, winter, and spring breaks.

A-State's Village is also an option for some students. The Village houses non-traditional undergraduates at A-State, married students with or without children, single parents, graduate students, and those who are 23 years of age or older. This community consists of 191 apartments on the campus of Arkansas State University.

Options include:

One Bedroom/One Bath; Two Bedroom/One Bath without Washer and Dryer Connections; Two Bedroom/One Bath with Washer and Dryer Connections; Three Bedroom/One Bath with Washer and Dryer Connections

Details: Each apartment consists of individual bedrooms, bathrooms, closets, laundry machines (in select apartments), a kitchen, and a private balcony/patio. All units at the Village are not furnished.
