Tuition & Financial Aid

Invest in Yourself. You're Worth It.

A college education is one of the best investments you can make in your future. It's also one of the biggest. Our generous scholarships and financial aid packages help make NYIT one of the most affordable private universities in New York.

  • We award grants and scholarships every year, greatly reducing the cost of tuition for 82% of our undergraduate students.
  • 95% of full-time degree-seeking students were awarded some form of financial aid.

Below are the estimated costs of attending the New York Institute of Technology for an undergraduate student enrolled full time (enrolled for 12 to 18 credits) for the 2019–2020 academic year, and the estimated costs of attending as a graduate student enrolled full time (enrolled in 9 or more credits) for fall and spring (tuition for graduate students is assessed by the number of credits enrolled for that semester1).

Fees vary for Technical and Non-Technical Majors2. Tuition and fees for part-time and online students are assessed based on the number of credits enrolled for that semester1.
