Academic Deadlines, Support & Financial Aid

Withdrawal Period:

  • The withdrawal period for fall semester classes ends on December 11.
  • The withdrawal period for cycle B classes ends on December 18.

Withdrawing from a class will result in a grade of W on your transcript. A withdrawal may affect your financial aid eligibility, immigration status (if applicable), and progress toward graduation. In some cases, your overall education cost may increase due to extended enrollment or loss of aid.

It is strongly recommended that you consult the following offices before making any withdrawal decisions:

Priority online registration for intersession, spring, and cycles C and D began today, November 6! Log in at 7 a.m. on your assigned registration date to the Student Service HUB to secure your classes.

Prepare for registration in three important steps:

  • Step 1: Don’t wait! Academic advisement is happening now.  Connect with your academic advisor to choose spring courses and stay on track for graduation.
  • Step 2: Clear any holds and complete your To Do items in Student Service HUB
  • Step 3: Use the Schedule Planner to build your preferred class schedule. Be sure to check the campus, session (class start and end dates), and instruction mode for each class.

Registration opens Thursday, November 6, at 7 a.m. Visit the Student Service HUB to view your assigned registration date.

No classes are scheduled, and administrative offices are closed, from Wednesday, November 26, to Sunday, November 30. Fall and cycle B classes resume on Monday, December 1. Enjoy your well-earned break and stay safe. With the holiday season approaching, view Student Service HUB Office Hours.
