Our Master’s in Biomedical Sciences Bridge Program is tailored for individuals aiming to strengthen their medical school applications. This one-year, full-time program is offered at both the Long Island, New York campus and the Jonesboro, Arkansas location on the Arkansas State University campus. The program equips you with essential skills and knowledge for medical school success. With a comprehensive curriculum that includes coursework in medical science, evidence-based study, critical thinking, and research, you’ll gain a solid foundation in both cognitive and behavioral skills necessary for a medical career. Successful graduates will earn a guaranteed spot in the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYITCOM) for the year following completion of the Master’s Program with a recommendation from the Program Director. No MCAT test score is required to apply.

Applications are reviewed by NYITCOM Office of Admissions. This program is offered at both the Long Island, New York campus and the Jonesboro, Arkansas location on the campus of Arkansas State University. The one-year program begins in the summer semester and runs for a total of three semesters. Students who successfully complete the Master’s Program, and who are recommended by the Program Director, earn a guaranteed spot in the NYITCOM College of Osteopathic Medicine for the year following completion. No MCAT test score is required to apply.

The College of Osteopathic Medicine is institutionally accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE).
