IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
To avoid delays in processing financial aid, please be sure you have filed your 2026–2027 FAFSA.
In order for aid to post to a student account (including scholarships), students are required to read and accept the “Financial Aid Disclosure (FDC)” before any financial aid can be applied to a student’s account. Visit the Student Service HUB, then click on the To-Do List under My Tasks to complete this task.

| September 15 | Enrollment begins for the 5 part Spring Tuition Payment Plan. (5 payments due on or before the 15): November, December, January, February, March. The first payment is required to activate the plan. Many families enroll early and prepay to offset the November through March payments. There is no penalty for pre payment on amounts made prior to November. |

| January 5 | Offices Reopen Start assessing $400 late payment fee for unpaid spring balances. Financial holds will be applied to uncovered spring balances which may prevent posting of financial aid awards and future enrollments, and/or changes to your schedule. |

| January 20 | Spring and Cycle C classes begin. View Add/Drop and Withdrawal deadlines. Understand how adding, dropping, or withdrawing from a class can affect you financially and academically. Students with financial holds will be prevented from making changes to their schedule including dropping and adding classes. |
| January 21 | Start assessing Late Registration Fee of $400 for continuing students only. |

Students who enroll after the due date are expected to have their tuition and fees covered at the time of enrollment. Tuition and fees should be paid or covered with aid or enrollment in a payment plan. |
