Limited Personal Device Support

The ITS Help Desk offers best-effort support for connecting personal devices to New York Tech’s wireless network and systems, excluding hardware issues. We provide guidance, but we cannot work on your device. For hardware issues, contact the manufacturer or another reputable support service. An extended warranty is strongly recommended for long-term assistance with your device.

For assistance with personal devices, visit an ITS Help Desk location or submit an ITS Help ticket to schedule an appointment. Your device must meet New York Tech’s minimum computer requirements.
