Erikka Vaughan is planning support manager in the Office of Academic Affairs. Vaughan completed her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Howard University and her doctoral degree in Psychology at Indiana University. Vaughan transitioned from community mental health to higher education at New York Tech where she has managed or supported the development, proposal, implementation, and/or evaluation of strategic initiatives.
