Charles Moore, Ph.D., is the dean of New York Institute of Technology’s College of Arts and Sciences. Prior to joining New York Tech in 2024, he served as professor and chair in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Washington State University. He earned his Ph.D. at the University of California, Los Angeles. After that, he was a visiting assistant professor at Washington University in St. Louis; a National Science Foundation Postdoctoral Fellow in Mathematics; and an assistant professor, associate professor, professor, and interim department chair at Kansas State University.
