New York Tech Discounts

• Legacy Alumni Award ($1,000 annually)
  Children of New York Tech alumni may be eligible for this award if they are an undergraduate full-time student in a degree-bearing program. To qualify, the student must have a parent or legal guardian who graduated from New York Tech in a degree-bearing program and submit the Legacy Award Application. Deadlines: July 15 for the fall semester and December 15 for the spring semester.
• Graduate Alumni Award
  If you are looking to take credit-bearing New York Tech courses, you may be eligible for the Graduate Alumni Award. Deadlines: July 15 for the fall semester and December 15 for the spring semester.

Campus Access

Alumni are welcome to utilize the main libraries on both the Long Island and New York City campuses with a valid alumni card. Please complete the Alumni Card Request Form and allow for 2-3 weeks for the card to be mailed to you. You will be required to show the alumni card and a valid government-issued photo ID to security and the librarians.

• Libraries: Access is currently permitted to the Manhattan Library at 1855 Broadway, the Research Library in Salten Hall on the Long Island and the Art & Architecture Library in Education Hall on the Long Island campus. Please check each library website regarding hours of operation before coming to campus. Please note that the libraries will not be available to alumni when the university is closed.
• Computers, Printing, Internet: We highly encourage alumni to bring their own laptops or tablets for their use. Physical computers are limited and priority is given to students. Guest Wi-Fi is available to alumni. Per the alumni library policy, alumni are unable to print; however, they are able to scan and save files to thumb drives or cloud storage services.
