Participating in the strategic planning process benefits the entire New York Tech Community. As such, we seek feedback from community members throughout the planning process regarding New York Tech’s three-year action plan. SOVA Solutions, a change and equity-based higher education consulting firm, conducted a scan of New York Tech’s faculty and staff. They found the following themes as critical in addressing New York Tech’s plans for the future.
