SUNY Old Westbury: Streamlined Admission
SUNY Old Westbury students who graduate with a minimum GPA of 2.85 and meet other admissions criteria can continue their education at New York Tech in two New York Tech College of Engineering and Computing Sciences 30-credit M.S. degree programs.
Eligible applicants must be a currently enrolled SUNY Old Westbury senior (90+ credits) or have graduated from SUNY Old Westbury within the last five (5) years. A bachelor’s degree from SUNY Old Westbury is required for matriculation in New York Tech’s M.S. programs under this streamlined admissions agreement.

- Transfer up to nine credits of graduate-level courses from SUNY Old Westbury to New York Tech. The minimum grade for transferable courses is B.
