Our nursing simulation labs, designed as hospital rooms and community clinics with high-tech programmable adult and infant manikins, is where you’ll hone your nursing skills using our advanced patient manikins  programmed to mimic human responses of actual patients. Treat patients under emergency conditions, assess and diagnose human responses, and administer patient care.

Using these anatomically accurate high-fidelity patient manikins, you will:

• collaborate with students from other programs in the School of Health Professions and the NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine as part of an integrated interprofessional  medical team

• assess  patients, make decisions, and deliver care

• practice skill-sets pivotal to patient care

• use the latest technology in a supportive academic environment that will prepare you to use the same technology that nurses use in practice settings.
