O’Hara, Ph.D., associate professor of interdisciplinary studies, presented "Interconnected and Emerging" at the 6th Annual International Conference on Critical Autoethnography in Melbourne, Australia on September 30, 2021. In her session, O’Hara presented virtually about the interconnectedness of her shared experiences with her undergraduate students as they emerged from a global pandemic. She spoke of personal context, juxtaposed and connected to cultural, political, and social understandings. O’Hara also asked participants to explore their own socially constructed concepts of space, place, and time in relation to “normalcy.”
