What You’ll Learn

The Digital Art & Design, M.F.A. – Fine Arts & Technology concentration helps you push the boundaries of your imagination by producing concept-driven, innovative works of art with both new technologies and traditional tools and mediums. Each of your classes explores and integrates cutting-edge technology, with an emphasis on its impact on the art experience. Your classroom projects incorporate the use of 3-D modeling software to create memorable characters and environments; motion capture to drive those characters and bring them to life; and experiential art through the use of VR/AR.

In his role as a junior designer at UVPHACTORY, an award-winning motion design and visual effects company in New York City, Theerawat has worked on projects from the American Pavilion at the 2015 World Expo in Milan, Italy, to animations at festivals around the world.

How You’ll Succeed

International F-1 students who successfully complete this degree are eligible for an additional 24-month STEM OPT extension to work in the U.S. in an area directly related to their area of study immediately upon completing the customary 12-month post-completion Optional Practical Training (OPT).

Assembly of Air
