Mojgan Afshari is a faculty member at the Yorkville University and teaches Business Statistics to M.B.A. students in the school of management at New York Institute of Technology. She has also worked as a curriculum developer at Stenberg College for several years. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Industrial Applied Chemistry and received her Ph.D. in Educational Administration with a focus on educational technology from the University Putra Malaysia. After brief stints as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Putra Malaysia, she was appointed to the Department of Educational Management, Planning and Policy at the University of Malaya as a senior lecturer and researcher.
