Mingyuan Kong is an assistant professor of finance in the Department of Law, Economics, Accounting, and Finance (LEAF) at the School of Management. He obtained his Ph.D. in Finance from Baruch College, The City University of New York. His research interests include empirical asset pricing, behavioral finance, textual analysis in finance, big data, financial economics, and machine learning.
