Due to infrastructure work, 1855 Broadway will remain closed on Wednesday, March 18. Employees at 1855 Broadway should continue to work remotely. All other buildings on the New York City campus will be open with full services. We will update information as soon as it becomes available.

Melissa Ventimiglia received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from NYITCOM in 2001. She completed a Traditional Osteopathic Rotating Internship at Maimonides Hospital in Brooklyn, N.Y. in 2002 and Neuromuscular Medicine/ Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (NMM/OMM) residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, N.Y. in 2004. She is board certified in NMM/OMM.

Ventimiglia leads NYITCOM workshops and teaches medical students during hands-on laboratory sessions in OMM. She provides monthly noon lectures for pediatric residents at Coney Island Hospital. She also serves as teaching faculty for the Osteopathic Cranial Academy and the Sutherland Cranial Teaching Foundation.

Ventimiglia has been in private practice since 2004. She treats infants, children, and adults with traditional osteopathic manipulation. She practices in the Upper West Side in New York City and in Forest Hills, Queens, N.Y.
