Corri Wolf is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She has researched and published about topics such as obesity, diverticulitis, student attitudes, and admissions practices. She was awarded a grant from the Allen Foundation to create a web-based nutrition education program for health profession students and a Workforce Development grant, funded by the New York State Department of Labor, to train underemployed and unemployed individuals for careers in healthcare. She continues to work clinically per diem in gastroenterology and previously worked in internal medicine. She is active in the profession and currently serves as President of the Board of Trustees for the PA Foundation for the 2026-27 term.
Corri earned her Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from the University of the Cumberlands, her M.S. degree in Clinical Nutrition from Hunter College, as well as her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Bachelor of Science in Health Science (with a physician assistant certificate) from Syracuse University and Long Island University, respectively.
