New York City Campus Closed: Tuesday, March 17

Due to infrastructure work at 1855 Broadway, all buildings on the New York City campus will be closed on Tuesday, March 17. Employees should work remotely. It is anticipated that all buildings EXCEPT 1855 Broadway will reopen with full services on Wednesday, March 18. We will update information as soon as it becomes available.

Adrianna Martinez entered into academic librarianship through a small college in Brooklyn Heights while attending Pratt Institute for her Master in Library and Information Science. There, she worked with faculty and students to create a safe and comfortable environment and assist with topics ranging from research to current events.

Martinez is interested in how to make difficult subjects more engaging through technology, as well as how students engage with library spaces in an effort to create more inclusive and open environments. In addition to her MLIS, she holds an advanced certificate in digital humanities from Pratt Institute.
