The Standard Voluntary Benefit Programs
New York Tech offers all regular, full-time employees the following voluntary benefit programs through The Standard. Enrollment in The Standard’s voluntary benefits is available to new hires and during open enrollment in November (coverage will be effective no earlier than January 1). Premiums for all voluntary benefits are paid by the employee through payroll deductions.

New York Tech has partnered with Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK) to offer the MSK Direct program. This program provides employees and their family members with guided access to exceptional cancer treatment at MSK Direct New York and New Jersey centers.
