Vincent L. Petraro has been a practicing attorney for more than 36 years and specializes in zoning and land use within the City of New York. He has appeared before the NYC Planning Commission, the NYC Board of Standards and Appeals, the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission, and other city agencies.Petraro is also certified by the New York State Office of Court Administration to provide continuing legal education (CLE) courses to members of the New York State Bar and has conducted several courses.
Petraro is vice president of Community Mayors, Inc., a New York not-for-profit organization that provides recreation therapy for children with special needs (communitymayors.org). He also serves on the boards of directors of the Queens Chamber of Commerce and the Dispute Resolution Institute of New York (DRINY).
