3-D Printing
The library provides 3-D printing services for all New York Tech students. Library staff will help you prepare your model, check file settings, and estimate print time. You can also get step-by-step help, ebook resources, and tutorials in our 3-D Printing at New York Tech Libraries Guide.
How to Print
1. Start a Print Request
2. Bring Your File to Your Appointment
- Accepted formats: .stl.
- If multiple files need to be printed, please upload them numbered within a .zip file.
- Staff will review for print readiness and safety.
3. Print with Staff Assistant
- Only trained personnel may operate printers.
- Unauthorized use may result in suspended printing privileges.
- You must read and agree to all printing guidelines before submitting files.
