Release of Disciplinary Records

- A student may choose to sign a release form granting the appropriate student conduct body permission to discuss information related to the student's conduct file with any individual that the student designates. This form is available from the associate dean of students (or designee) or the Office of Residence Life.
- Any educational institution or other agency requesting any conduct information related to a current or former NYIT student is required to submit a request, in writing, to the dean of students (or designee). All written requests must include the signature of the student granting the release of information related to the student conduct record and the student's current contact information. The dean of students (or designee), may contact the student for verification prior to the release of any conduct information.
