NYIT is conducting an anonymous survey on workplace empowerment at NYIT. Research shows that employee performance is strongly dependent on workplace empowerment. The information we gather in fall 2018 will be critical to NYIT administration, the newly formed Staff Engagement Committee, and the overall NYIT community in our collective efforts to provide an actively engaged workplace and improved NYIT community that we and our students can benefit from. The invitation to complete the survey is from the Office of the President. Results will be shared here in the future.
