Henry Schein Inc. Business Development Executive Matthew Mackay, joined Henry Schein in 2010 as a sales leader who transitioned over to business development after receiving his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Acting as a supply chain consultant for some of the largest Health Systems in the North East he shares trends, best practices, and LSS principles to help healthcare organizations be as efficient and profitable as possible. Leveraging technology for automation and focusing on process improvement allows him to help people get back to doing what they love.

He has served on the steering committee for the Down Syndrome and Treatment Foundation, the Medical Sales Advisory Board for Henry Schein, and is also an active board member for the Optimus Healthcare Foundation.
