Onsite Resources

The Salten Hall Library offers study rooms with large tables and comfortable seating, in addition to Mediascape collaborative workstations.

We also offer study tools and equipment available for use on site, including:

• Bloomberg Terminal
• Computers
• Graphic Calculators
• Headphones
• Laptops
• Scanners
• Variety of Adapters

Innovation Labs

The NYIT Library Innovation Labs provides a place for students from all disciplines to explore specialized technology resources to take their projects to the next level. View our page detailing over 40 pieces of lending technology and schedule of workshops. Visit us on the 1st Floor of the library and explore our labs in each of the following areas:

• 3D Printing and Design
• Electronics and Programming
• Virtual Reality
• Multimedia Production
• Visualization

Print & Make Copies

Our libraries feature copy machines and wireless printers you may access with your ID card (for copies) and My NYIT account (for printing). Each semester, you’ll receive hundreds of credits that allow you to use these services for free.
