What You’ll Learn
In the Environmental Technology & Sustainability, M.S., you’ll gain critical experience in best practices in environmental systems for air, water, energy, and waste.
You’ll collaborate with faculty members and institute personnel who serve on the New York State Drinking Water Quality Council and address urban infrastructure along with the food-energy-water nexus on a multinational committee.
You’ll also conduct research and design projects addressing the needs of industry and government in our fully operational wastewater treatment lab or in dedicated space in our Biological Sciences and Bioengineering Lab.
As part of our multidisciplinary curriculum, you'll have the opportunity to specialize your studies, choosing from concentrations in water resources, environmental compliance, climate change, and sustainable technology.
