Rothstein: What to Know When Starting Pilates

October 28, 2024

Instructor and Coordinator for the Exercise Science, B.S. program Alexander Rothstein, M.S., lent his insight to a Health article about beginner Pilates. In addition to explaining the difference between reformer vs. mat Pilates, Rothstein discusses how both types benefit the cardiovascular system, support weight management goals, and boost strength and mobility.
