Pay Equity Workshop

Find out why pay equity remains a major concern for employers and the new rules for EEO-1 reporting.

This workshop will focus on the pay equity movement in the United States, provide best practices for pay equity analysis, and address pay equity issues in alignment with the organization's risk management strategy. The workshop will contribute to the development of these SHRM behavioral competencies: business acumen, critical evaluation, and leadership and navigation.
