The close anatomical relationship between the esophagus and cardiac structures has made itself useful in a myriad of diagnostic and interventional procedures. However, no study has investigated the potential relationship between patient height and the depth of cardiac structures. The purpose of this study is to evaluate this potential relationship for the optimization of catheter length and probe placement.
