I picked this topic because I wanted to show the world that we exist as a community, and how important it is for the community to have rights, considering how many of us there are. I hope to spread awareness of how many of us there are and to show other LGBT people they are not alone. By spreading awareness and showing other people how many other LGBT people are in the world, people can see that they are not alone. Showing which states also have the most people can show people in the community where they may feel safest to live.
