The "new normal" for work post-COVID is likely to be a combination of virtual and in-person communications across many stakeholder groups including employees, employment applicants, professional networks, customers and others. The need for clear and effective messages and active listening continues to be critical for engagement, teamwork, and relationship management.

  • In this highly interactive session, Professor Bienstock will present best practices for Human Resources professionals and managers to use when communicating in our newly redefined work environments and across stakeholder groups.
