Dean's Digital Café Series Spring 2022: Melissa Huey

February 22, 2022
12:30 PM – 1:30 PM

Host

Melissa Huey, Ph.D., assistant professor, behavioral sciences

Join us on Tuesday, February 22, from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. (ET), to learn how we can optimize the remote learning experience, with special guest Melissa Huey, Ph.D.

Remote learning is here to stay. Although many universities are beginning to offer in-person courses, many classes will continue to be offered online, often via Zoom. Educators and students alike are interested in the impact of the student experience in remote settings. Can students still engage in lectures, interact with peers, and participate in thought-provoking dialogue with classes on Zoom? Dr. Huey will examine what factors create the optimal remote learning environment, and whether it can truly mirror the in-person experience.

This event will take place online via Zoom. To receive the Zoom information, please register below.
