NYIT Professor and Dean Wolfgang Gilliar, D.O., and Martin Diamond, D.O., present a discussion with Murray Goldstein, D.O. Dr. Goldstein will discuss "The Future of Medicine and Osteopathy" and "Research: What We Don't Know." Following a Q&A, awards will be presented to Dr. Goldstein and Dr. Diamond as part of our Veteran's Day remembrance. The Note-A-Chords from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine will perform. A reception will precede the lecture.
Dr. Diamond served in the United States Navy from 1951-1955 as a hospital corpsman and is currently interim dean at the Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine – Harlem. Dr. Goldstein served for 40 years as a U.S. Public Health Service commissioned medical officer.
