Instructional Technology, Trainers, M.S.

Instructional Technology, Trainers, M.S.

Whether you are beginning a new career or looking to extend your influence and earning power as a technology trainer, we’ll prepare you to anticipate and meet the demands of rapid organizational and technological change within the global marketplace. We’ll also make sure you have a command of key instructional and technological competencies as identified by the Association for Talent Development (ATD).

In our program, you’ll develop knowledge and skills in adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and global training techniques as we enhance your experience in and knowledge of social networking platforms, software and training simulations, collaborative tools, mobile devices, and games to design technology-based training environments.

You’ll also learn how to design technology programs to improve communication and collaboration, to boost productivity, and to bridge cultural differences and standardized procedures throughout an organization’s global workforce. Find out how some trainers demonstrate compliance with safety or other industry-specific regulations, while others instruct personnel on the use of new hardware or software adopted by an organization, either in person or via e-learning programs.
