William J. Palmore is a registered architect and teaches drawing, introduction to architectural history, and design. His research focuses on the architectural history of El Paso, Texas.

Palmore earned a Master in Architecture at the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Environmental Design at Texas A&M University. He lives in Brooklyn.
