Maya Kroumova specializes in human resource management and cross-cultural management. Her research focuses on designing and implementing human resource management practices that support the global and local goals of multinational companies.

She is a member of the Academy of Management, the Academy of International Business, and the Society for Human Resource Management.

Kroumova received her M.S. in Human Resource Management, and her Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations from Rutgers University.
