Janet L. Walsh, D.B.A. is the CEO and President of Birchtree Global, LLC, a company that globalizes business strategy, operations, and employees. Walsh has worked in and established business operations in 81 countries and all 50 U.S. states, directing teams of lawyers, CPAs, finance, and HR leaders. She and her team focus on helping businesses to resolve the conflicting issues that increase risk and reduce financial performance internationally. Birchtree programs such as the Global Company in a Box integrate legal, financial, tax, HR, and business infrastructures. The company's award-winning, customized programs aim to deepen bench strength in large organizations, with successes including the World Trade Center Atlanta’s "Global Market Entry Training Program" and ADP's "Human Capital Decision-Making in the C-Suite".

Her previous experience includes serving as an HR vice president for multibillion-dollar multinationals. 

Walsh is a noted thought leader and speaker in global market entry and financial performance.

She serves on The Explorers Club Board of Directors as Chair of Ethics and Governance, the Bedford Film Board, Manhattanville College Corporate Educational Advisory Board, and the Editorial Board for the International Journal of Management and Marketing Research. In addition, she is a member of the Association of Corporate Growth and a GlobalScot.

Walsh is also an award-winning watercolorist whose paintings are displayed in the Booth Museum of Western Art. A competitive equestrian, she regularly competes in cross country events and has won the 2021 Peekskill Rotary Equestrian Competition.
