Eleanor Yusupov specializes in internal medicine and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Obesity Medicine. She practices primary care in NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine healthcare centers in Old Westbury and Central Islip.

Dr. Yusupov teaches medical students during their preclinical and clinical years. She serves as faculty advisor for the Student Osteopathic Internal Medicine Association (SOIMA) and individually mentors students interested in pursuing internal medicine. She is a member of the national faculty for the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners.

Dr. Yusupov earned her D.O. degree from NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Master of Public Health degree from Stony Brook University.

Prior to joining the faculty of NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine, Yusupov practiced hospital medicine in leading academic medical centers, where she specialized in graduate medical education, acute inpatient care, and medical consultation.
