Dina Karafantis specializes in social psychology. Her research interests include prejudice, lay theories, and intergroup relations. Karafantis received her Ph.D. in Social Psychology at the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 2004. She joined the Department of Behavioral Sciences in 2006 as an Assistant Professor and was promoted to Associate Professor in 2012.
