We are excited to welcome you into our office and share BIG’s creative process and projects with you. Our colleagues are still working on sensitive information and therefore we would like you to sign this Non-Disclosure Agreement.

NON-DISCLOSURE VISITOR AGREEMENT

During your visit at the Bjarke Ingels Group New York office (hereinafter ”BIG”), you may see, or have disclosed to you confidential information including, without limitations, information relating projects, drawings, models, photos, specifications, models which are not known to the public (hereinafter “Confidential Information”).

In consideration of your visit to the BIG office, you agree that you will not, without BIG’s prior written permission:

• (a) Divulge to others any Confidential Information disclosed to you during this visit which
  1. was not known to you, or your organization if applicable, prior this visit
  2. is not now part of the public domain; or
• (b) Use or assist others in using or further developing in any manner any Confidential Information.

Unless specifically agreed with a BIG’s tour guide, BIG asks that you refrain from taking photos and/or videos.

Please be advised by accepting this Non-Disclosure Agreement, you have acknowledged and understand this Agreement in its entirety. This Agreement is important for BIG and the people BIG works with. If you do not respect this Agreement, BIG reserves the right to pursue any and all legal remedies available to us under the law.

This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York.
