Times -  they are changing

This has been a year of changes for NYIT with new technologies appearing for academics, web presence, and social networking.  Blackboard 9 rolled out at the beginning of the semester with cool new web 2-0 features and now a new NYIT website with blogging available.  We also have NYIT fan page on Facebook, YouTube videos launching, text alert messages, Google e-mail.  Very 21st Century.  The ability to connect and communicate with our students is terrific!    Complete with emoticons!
