This year's Commencement takes place on May 19, 2013.  Each graduate will receive a maximum of four guest tickets. Each graduate who has been approved to graduate by the Office of the Registrar will be able to go on line to order their Commencement tickets. If you did not file with the registrar, you cannot get tickets. Please see "Filing for Graduation" for further details.

Commencement tickets are for four guests for both the college-wide main Commencement, as well as the School Ceremonies. The graduate does not require a ticket. All guests must present a ticket at the gate to gain admittance. Only guests with a ticket will be admitted. There will be no exceptions. Each person requiring a seat will be counted as a ticket, including children.

Seating in the main tent is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once seating in the main tent is filled, all ticketed guests will be directed to the overflow tents for viewing.

All students who plan to attend Commencement must order and reserve tickets online, beginning Monday, March 11, 2013 through Friday, May 10, 2013.

When you reserve your tickets online, you will select one of several ticket pick up dates. Please note, if you are unable to attend the date you selected, you can attend any of the dates. Your tickets will be available for pick up during all of the dates. In addition to picking up your tickets, you can have a formal portrait taken, order a class ring and order a commencement DVD.
