NYIT-Vancouver's 17th-floor location includes a computer lab, student lounges, and a distance learning room. Dining, shopping, and mass transit are located within walking distance of campus.
Experiential learning initiatives at NYIT-Vancouver include curricular credit-bearing activities such as internships, practicum, and business policy simulation activities. Active learning, networking, and business development include a professional enrichment program, the dean's student intern program, and a mentoring program. Co-curricular activities include a student advisory board, special-interest clubs, faculty-led field trips, career advancement programs, and an honor society in addition to a range of social and recreational activities.
