Please complete and submit the appropriate form(s) prior to your new hire’s start date:
- Financial Information System (Oracle/ e-Business) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Data Warehouse (DWH- Power Bi)
- Student Information System (SIS-PeopleSoft)
User Forms

The Computer Account Request Form is needed to give new or existing users access to the NYIT domain, e-mail, WebNow, ImageNow, and more. This form is also needed for temporary employees.

The PeopleSoft Request Form is needed to provide access to PeopleSoft, or to grant an existing user different privileges. Faculty/Instructors and Advisors: If you ONLY perform general advising functions such as submitting grades and attendance, viewing your individual class rosters (and not others), running evaluations (degree audits), opening registrations. etc., then you DO NOT need to complete this form.

The Global PeopleSoft Request Form is needed to provide global users access to PeopleSoft, or to grant an existing global users different privileges. Faculty/Instructors and Advisors: If you ONLY perform general advising functions such as submitting grades and attendance, viewing your individual class rosters (and not others), running evaluations (degree audits), opening registrations. etc., then you DO NOT need to complete this form.

The New Employee Computer Request Form is needed to request computers for new users. All forms must be submitted to Desktop Support Services.

The Key and Door Request Form is needed to request keys or swipe access to buildings, offices, and labs. Please complete and submit this form to obtain a copy of keys or request swipe card access (please note, you will need an ID card for swipe access).

The Computer Upgrade Request Form is needed to request computer upgrade/replacements for current employees. All forms must be submitted to Desktop Support Services.

The Data Warehouse Request Form is needed to provide a new user with access to Data Warehouse or to grant an existing user different privileges.
Enterprise Systems & Services
- The Enterprise Systems & Services (ESS) group manages all administrative systems including, but not limited to, PeopleSoft's Colleague and Oracle's e-Business Suite at the institution. We support enhancements, modifications, and implementations of system patches and fixes. Please choose the ESS Issue Resolution Form or the Request for ESS Services Form.

Network Access (Citrix)
- Please have your Supervisor email servicecentral@nyit.edu to gain remote access to University Applications and Resources such as Network Shared Drives, Oracle EBusiness and PeopleSoft, please contact Service Central at 516.686.1400 for more information.
