Town Hall: Update on Plans to Improve NYIT's New York Campuses

November 13, 2018
12:45 PM – 2:10 PM

NYIT Auditorium on Broadway
New York, NY

In May, the Board of Directors of New York Institute of Technology gave final approval for design work for the construction of a new Campus Commons and renovated Wisser Library for the NYIT-Long Island campus. This is the result of work done by Urban Strategies, the planning firm engaged to prepare, in conjunction with the New York Tech project team, master plans for the Long Island and New York City campuses. A Project Executive Committee has been established to provide oversight for the Campus Commons and Wisser Library projects. Committee members include:

  • Leonard Aubrey, M.B.A., Vice President, Finance and Operations
  • Junius Gonzales, M.D., M.B.A., Provost and Vice President, Academic Affairs
  • Jerry Balentine, D.O., Dean, College of Osteopathic Medicine and Vice President, Health Sciences and Medical Affairs
  • Lou Reinisch, Ph.D., Associate Provost, Academic Affairs
  • Gina Arms, Executive Director, Strategy and Capital Programs, and Project Executive

We are about to begin the first phase of projects for the Long Island campus and invite you to join us to learn more about the plans to improve New York Tech's New York campuses.
